  1. Beet and cucumber mix: Take grounded mixture of cucumber and beetroot often if you have high blood pressure issue. You can have it simply like smoothie with some pumpkin seeds or chia seeds sprinkled over it or you can also mix this mixture with yogurt with a little bit of black salt and roasted cumin seeds. This not only tastes great but is a very good remedy to lower down the blood pressure.
  2. Cut down your salt intake: It is the first step you should do in high blood pressure. Sodium in salt is harmful in high B.P. You should cut down your salt intake in diet and prefer low sodium salt over normal salt.
