Peanut, cilantro and garlic dip


  1. Peanuts: 100 gm
  2. Garlic cloves: 3 to 4
  3. Salt: according to taste
  4. Cilantro/ coriander leaves: 1/4th cup chopped
  5. Lemon juice: 1 to 2 tablespoon


  1. Grind all the listed ingredient with 1/2 cup of water.
  2. Add a little more water if required.
  3. Make slightly thick dip/ chutney.

Best served with: idli, dosa, besan cheela/ gram flour pancakes, rice pancakes/ cheela, whole wheat flour pancakes/ dosa
