- Peanuts: 100 gm
- Garlic cloves: 3 to 4
- Salt: according to taste
- Cilantro/ coriander leaves: 1/4th cup chopped
- Lemon juice: 1 to 2 tablespoon
- Grind all the listed ingredient with 1/2 cup of water.
- Add a little more water if required.
- Make slightly thick dip/ chutney.
Best served with: idli, dosa, besan cheela/ gram flour pancakes, rice pancakes/ cheela, whole wheat flour pancakes/ dosa
