Delicious carrot radish raita or yogurt


  1. Grated radish and carrot- 1/2 bowl
  2. Water-2 table spoon
  3. Thick curd/ yogurt- 250 gm
  4. Black salt- 1/4th teaspoon
  5. Salt-1/4th teaspoon
  6. Dried mint leaves: 10-12


  1. Take grated radish and carrot in a bowl.
  2. Add a little bit of water and microwave for 1 minute
  3. Let it cool and add in a finely whisked curd or yogurt
  4. Add salt, black salt and a little bit of roasted cumin powder in it
  5. Further, add crushed mint leaves and mix it well
  6. Enjoy your delicious and healthy carrot radish raita/yogurt
